Thoroughly recommend! Natasha went out of her way to get to me quickly when I was faced with very painful and disruptive hearing loss. She was polite, informative and put me at ease as well as educating me on how to best look after my ear and what I should do. She was even able to see things the doctors couldn’t! She has a very thorough knowledge of what she’s doing. She has been terrific providing a great service for which I am so grateful. Could not recommend more highly!

I would highly recommend Natasha, When I had my ears microsuctioned it gave me the best feeling as both of my ears were severely blocked Thanks again Natasha 😁

After seeing Natasha, she used her remote review service to get a diagnosis from an ENT doctor. I'm very impressed with her service and level of knowledge and information. There was also added reassurance with the videos! Would highly recommend her!
