Natasha, owner and Manager of Clear Ear, has over 14 years of experience working in the Health and Social Care industry, ranging from Nursing care, working with individuals who have learning disabilities, to caring for the elderly, both in residential setting and within the community. During this time, she has gained a Diploma in Health and Social Care (Nursing pathway) and a BA Honours Degree.

Natasha has trained with Tympa Health; a team of Doctors, ENT surgeons and audiologists, who together devised the worlds first all-in-one ear healthcare assessment device. Natasha will use the Tympa hand-held device to provide HD digital otoscopy (looking inside the ear, you can see this too, as the footage is played back to you), and ear wax removal via micro suction. We can also offer you a Screening Hearing Test, to identify hearing loss.

Tympa Training Academy are uniquely approved by the British Society of Audiology, ENT UK, and the British Society of Hearing Aid Audiologists. Natasha is fully insured and accredited to perform ear wax removal via micro suction, and holds a clear DBS certificate with the DBS update service.

Occasionally, and usually for larger scale appointments (care homes, occupational health visits etc) Natasha will bring with her another ear wax removal specialist. You can be assured that all members of the Clear Ear team have trained with Tympa Health, and are accredited and insured to perform micro suction.

Natasha has access to Tympa’s ‘Remote Review’ service, which allows her access to expert advice and guidance from a team of ENT consultants and audiologists, when needed. She can share high-resolution videos and images with this team, who will review and advise accordingly. Where referrals are necessary, Natasha can also share the footage taken from your ears with your GP, allowing shorter waiting times and faster diagnosis. A typical appointment will include a consultation, followed by Otoscopy, where we will look into the ear record what we see in HD. You will be able to see the before and after results for yourself. If there is a build up of ear wax that requires removing, we will then proceed onto micro suction, to gently remove ear wax.
